CUSTOMERS YOU WONT WANA MEET

CUSTOMERS PLS AVOID DOING THIS KINDA THINGS.WE ARE TRYING TO DO A DECENT BUSINESS HERE IF U CANT CONFORM WITH OUR T AND C PLS DONT BUY. We dont like to putting up ur names but this is one incident:

Keeep saying we scammed you but how is it a scam when we were honest and wat u ordered was what u got? Pls go check the defination of scam.


She bought an item from us and asked whether it is the real thing same as the picture we said yes (its the truth its the real thing same as the picture) but after receiving her item she said she wanted a refund because its not the brand that she wanted. she wanted this yoco brand and she thought that it was she didnt ask properly the actual fact it was a jap brand not yoco. she said she had something agaisnt jap brands0.0 and wanted refund.We tried explaining to her that we cant do refunds for this reason and WE DONT DO REFUNDS its stated in the T AND C. She even ask us to put ourselves in her situation why dont she put herself in our situation and imagine a customer asking u for an unreasonable refund.whats up with that.She was the one who didnt clarify herself . IN the end she called us a SCAMMER WTH? WE TOLD YOU EVERY SINGLE THING HONESTLY AND U CALLED US A SCAMMER JUST BECAUSE YOU DIDNT LIKE WHAT U BOUGHT????


SO DEAR CUSTOMERS PLS DO CLARIFY UR DOUBTS NX TIME WHEN U WANT TO DO A PURCHASE we will be glad to ans any reasonable questions of yours.AND PLS BE REASONABLE.
